- Ideal for situations where the project has defined deliverables, deadlines and roles/responsibilities.
- A competitive hourly rate. We track time in minutes and seconds, and only bill you for what you use. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not “round up” our time into 15-minute billing increments.
- We collect an initial retainer to get started. Once that is exhausted, and you approve us to go further, we will invoice you for actual work performed at the end of each month.
- We charge an across-the-board “flat fee” for travel time. That means you do not pay us for every minute we spend waiting in an airport or driving a rental car to your location.
- Complete transparency. You can see every minute we’ve logged on your account, at anytime, anywhere in the world. Simply ask.
