The Foreign Trade Division of the U.S. Census Bureau has announced an upcoming series of free webinars designed to provide exporters with helpful information about recent changes to the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR). Many of you may have heard about some of these changes, including revised definitions and clarified (or revised) reporting requirements under the FTR. These in-depth webinars will provide necessary information and how the changes affect your business.
The following topics will be covered:
- Changes in reporting requirements for used self-propelled vehicles, temporary exports, and split shipments
- New fields added to the Automated Export System (License Value and Ultimate Consignee Type)
- Changes in definitions, such as port of export and household goods
- And more.
