Beginning Thursday, November 26, 2015 (Thanksgiving Day), DTrade users must use new versions of all license application forms, as well as the DS-2032 registration form. These forms are to comply with an updated version of DTrade.

The new forms cover all DDTC license applications, including:

  • Form DSP-5 (version 9.1)
  • Form DSP-6 (version 9.1)
  • Form DSP-61 (version 9.1)
  • Form DSP-62 (version 9.1)
  • Form DSP-73 (version 9.1)
  • Form DSP-74 (version 9.1)

The new forms also include:

  • Form DSP-83 (version 2.0)
  • Form DSP-85 (version 3.1)
  • Form DSP-94 (version 2.0)
  • Form DSP-119 (version 2.0)
