We offer our services in two ways:

Flat Fee

Forget the clock. Many clients appreciate knowing how much a project will cost, and when it will be finished.

• We work with you to clearly define the project scope and deliverables.
• We quote you a fixed price (“flat fee”) project cost and timeline.
• We collect 50% to begin the work, and the rest when it’s finished.
• Any work outside the scope is discussed with the client and addressed through a re-quote or a new project.

Hourly Rate

Hourly billing is good for clients who need help, but the project is unclear and the deliverables are likely to change as work progresses.

• A competitive hourly rate that’s less than what many firms charge.
• Established project thresholds and check-in points so you can manage costs.
• We’ll provide you with weekly timesheets if you want, or notify you when a pre-set number of hours is close to being reached.
• We invoice for actual work performed on the last day of each month.
